Daniel Cardozo helped with a small flat roof layover work earlier this year. Dan was energetic, responsive by phone and very patient in explaining the work, including the types of materials used, and providing a few options. He was honest about the part that was out of his scope (slate). His price was very competitive. On the day, everything went well and no surprises. He and the staff had no problem for me to tag along to watch and take pictures, which made me feel quite comfortable and secured about the work quality. I would recommend Cardozo for roof projects.
When we were looking to do our major home renovation we turned to them. I can tell you right now that we made the right choice! Not only did our expansion come out great but they completed it in record time. We're talking a dormer, new roof, new siding, new windows. Everyone there was communicative and helpful and they were very upfront about what we were paying for from the start. We hired, Mighty Roofing & Siding to remove old guttering and installed a 21 feet long flange seamless gutter. I have contacted and spoke to numerous other contractors before deciding to hire Mighty Roofing and Siding. Daniel and his team members are all professional men. They responded to my request and came in a timely manner and inspected my roof gave me an estimate. Once I accepted the price they kindly got back to me with a time and date and they came as promised. These men not only did the work but he shared pics and even send me pics and a bill to me via email. I highly recommend and I will be using them to fix my bay window and interior work. I was impressed by the quality of the work they did. The technicians took the time to explain the issue to me and showed me before and after photos to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. They also took great care to ensure that the area was clean and free of debris after they were finished.

This company is the best roofing company ever . I had my roof replaced in July of 2022 , and the owner ,Daniel Cardozo was not only considerate but he went over and beyond to make my experience the best . He was on time with his highly experienced crew , this team was knowledgeable ,prompt ,fully coordinated with each other , (I was up on the roof watching how they work and was impressed),hard working and gave me a new roof after removing layers of cap sheets . They replaced rotted sections of the roof deck with new wood carting away all debris ,in about a day and a half. Mr. Cardozo came back to install a cover on the gutter , himself without charging me a dime . They even replaced the outer part of my skylights I have three , and replaced the roofing material on the chimneys ..If u need a new roof u now know who to call .
I have a flat roof that was leaking. It took multiple attempts to figure out where the lead was coming from, since flat roofs are notoriously tricky. Throughout the process Daniel was extremely responsive and diligently worked with me until the problem was finally solved. He is very professional and has a high level of integrity in his work, which can be rare when it comes to construction in this city. I can highly recommend.
